Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will receive a full refund including return postage if the mistake was on our end (we sent the wrong item), otherwise you will need to pay postage.
Your refund will be processed within four weeks of return to us, sometimes earlier, it just depends on when we receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
